I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, though they could use a bit more furniture to feel cozier. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Diana Jaimes. The location was superb, right above a bustling shopping mall. The dining options were a bit overpriced, but the food was delicious. Overall, a fantastic experience with a few minor downsides.

The diplomatic room was so big that it looked empty, but it was very comfortable and perfect for my needs.
